Betty M Greene, Age 93, passed away Monday May 16th 2022 at Morristown Hamblen Health Care Center. Betty was a member of Buffalo Trail Baptist Church. She received her education at Hancock High School and East Tennessee State University. She was employed by Hancock Board Of Education as a Teacher for several years and retired from Parks-Belk Company as well as Co-Owner of Greene’s Florist for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents Mack Foster Greene and Vola Drinnon Greene, and Step-mother, Tennie Seal Greene. She is survived by her brother Ralph Greene of the home. Family will receive friends 5:00PM – 7:00PM Wednesday May 18th 2022 at Buffalo Trail Baptist Church. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday May 19th 2022 at Bethesda Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Keith Mowery and Rev. Patrick Alexander officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Buffalo Trail Baptist Church.
