Earl Russell age 68 of Mooresburg, passed away March 6, 2021 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Greenberry and Beulah Russell, brothers Raymond, Clyde, Allen and Raymond Russell and sister:Tenn Ogan. Survivors include his sisters, Evelyn Bishop, and Ethel Helton: nephews, Leslie (Tina) Bishop and Ernest Russell. No services are planned at this time.
