Mildred R. Siphers, age 82, passed away December 29, 2008 at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Mildred leaves a loving and caring extended family and many friends. Funeral services are 10:00 AM, January 2, 2009 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Darris Doyle officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery, Rogersville, TN. Visitation will be Thursday, January 1, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Mayes Family Services. In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to the First United Methodist Church Music Fund or a charity of choice.
