Jordan BrettCarter Hollyfield age 30 of Morristown, passed away at his residence, Saturday, January 26, 2019.
He was born and raised in Bristol, TN, starting as an Eagle Scout, becoming a member of the Order of the Arrow, then began his military career with the ROTC in high school, joining the Army at 17, becoming a Chemical Ops Specialist for seven years, and finishing in the Army Reserves.
Jordan was preceded in death by his sister: Tonia Begley; uncle: Jimmy Hall; grandfather: Jimmie A. Hall and grandmother: Doris Hollyfield Bible.
He leaves behind his mother: Sandra Hollyfield; father: Kevin Hollyfield; Children: Aubrey N. Hollyfield and Jase Hollyfield; brothers: Jason and Jared Hollyfield; grandmother: Eula Hall; nieces: Faith, Hope and Luv Hollyfield and many other family members. Special friends: Gene Bledsoe and Dan Heglar.
Visitation will be Friday, February 1, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon at Mayes Mortuary.
Military graveside services will be 2:30 PM, Friday, at the Mountain Home Veterans Cemetery, Johnson City, TN.
