James "Ronnie" Ronald King

James Ronald "Ronnie" King, age 73 of Morristown, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, with his wife and daughters by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents Francis and Lola King, and his sisters and their husbands Vada and George Hale, and Louise and Charlie Robertson. He is survived by his wife Helen G. King; daughters Jama (Marty) Cook and Jenny (Josh) Cunningham, all of Hendersonville; brother C.A. (Pauline) King of Newport; grandchildren Carson and Campbell Cook, and Lola and Max Cunningham, all of Hendersonville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Clarence and Cookie Mabe; nephews Bucky (Sarah) Mabe, Rusty (Katie) Mabe, Hal (Dynise) Robertson, four great-nephews including Dylan Robertson, as well as several nieces. The family will receive friends at the King home on Talley Road in Morristown, from 1:00 to 3:30 pm on Thursday, August 6, 2020. Family and friends are invited to the graveside service at 4:00 pm on Thursday, at Bethel Church Cemetery. Rev. Danny Georges is officiating the service.
