David A. Kidd, age 55 of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System. David was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, a devoted Christian and member of Green's Chapel. He was an employee of Mahle for several years and an Army Veteran. David enjoyed being outdoors and taking long hikes where he could spend time talking with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his son, David Jr., and daughter: Brenda Laton. David leaves his wife Pamela Kidd, sons: Zach Kidd and Robbie Christian; daughters: Samantha Belt, Kristen Kidd and Rachael Russell. Grandchildren: Maggie, Luke, Marni, Nick, Zelda, Savannah, and Dom. Brother: Steve Kidd and sister: Maria Lee. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Mayes Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 PM with Rev. Jack Greene officiating. Graveside services will be at 4:00 PM Wednesday, May 29. 2019 at Bethesda Cemetery.
